It feels more like a studio as the resident will not share the common areas, such as the bathroom and study desk with other occupants. It’s spacious, giving the residents the most luxurious living experience. It features a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom, study desk, a smart TV with a streaming device, mini-fridge, microwave and a kettle. This room is a perfect fit for those looking for ultimate privacy, spacious bed, and comfort (the room can be shared by two tenants and turned into a twin room). Neighborhood/building: Situated in the heart of the vibrant Midtown East neighborhood of New York City, the Seton Residence gives the chance to have a uniquely fashionable, luxurious, and central location altogether. The residence is a half-block from Lexington Avenue, and just steps from Grand Central Terminal. Moreover, it is a short walk to the United Nations, Times Square, Bryant Park, Fifth Avenue, Park Avenue, the Empire State Building, and Central Park. Kitchen and laundry: While our Seton Residence provides hotel amenities and luxury there are no heavy kitchen appliances. Residents will find a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. The Laundry and the communal kitchen are among the common areas shared by all residents in the building. All pictures shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual room may slightly vary due to the layout. An in-person or virtual visit is recommended before booking...

If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:
At HousingAnywhere, in-person viewings are not supported — so everyone has an equal chance to rent, no matter where you are in the world. To help you make an informed decision, we recommend:
Use the ‘Message landlord’ button to start a secure conversation on our platform. You can ask questions, discuss terms, and safely exchange documents.
Keeping your conversation on HousingAnywhere protects your privacy and helps you avoid scams. All your messages are also saved in one place for easy access and as a record of your agreements.
Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll share the landlord’s contact info so you can arrange your move-in.
Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
Watch this short video to see all the ways we keep you safe, from secure payments to support with finding a new place. For more details, you can also read about Tenant Protection.
